"Solar Care" software and related services refer to the client application legally owned and operated by Xiamen SolarTechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), labeled as "Solar Care". Solar Care deeply understands the importance of your personal information to you. Your trust is crucial to us, and we will protect your personal information and privacy security in accordance with laws and regulations, while also referencing industry best practices. Please carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy before using Soula Care and related services to make appropriate choices.

This Privacy Policy will help you understand:

  1. We will collect and use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, but we will not collect personal information in a bundled manner solely because you agree to this Privacy Policy.

  2. When you use or enable related functions or services, we will collect and use relevant information as necessary to fulfill those functions and services. If you use a certain service or multiple services provided by us or our affiliated companies, and those services have separate privacy policies, the corresponding privacy policies will apply. If no separate privacy policy is established, this policy will also apply to those products or services.

Authentication

When using authentication functions or services, you may need to provide your real identity information (real name, ID number, phone number) to complete real-name verification in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. In particular and necessary cases, for security purposes, to ensure that we are providing services to you personally, we may verify your identity through "facial recognition" based on the information you provide. This information is sensitive personal information, and you can refuse to provide it, but you may not be able to obtain the relevant services, although it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.

  2. Device Information and Log Information

  1. To ensure the security of software services and your account, as well as the quality and efficiency of service operations, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version, device name, device configuration, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), unique device identifier, network device hardware address, IP address, WLAN access point, Bluetooth, base station, software version, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, usage, and service logs.

  2. To prevent malicious programs, ensure service security, and enhance browsing experience, we will collect information on installed applications or running processes, overall application usage, usage frequency, application crashes, overall installation and usage, performance data, and application sources.

  4.       • Collected Personal Information: Basic application information, device identifiers (such as OAID, Android ID), device hardware information, and basic system information.
      • Purpose: To provide message push services for VIVO devices.
    • (4) OPPO:
      • Collected Personal Information: Basic application information, device identifiers (such as OAID, Android ID), device hardware information, basic system information, and network information.
      • Purpose: To provide message push services for OPPO devices.
    • (5) HONOR:
      • Collected Personal Information: Anonymous application identifiers (AAID) and push message tokens.
